Seto Ayumi Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Hello everyone! It's been a while but I'm back with a special post because for the first time ever, I'll be posting a makeup tutorial! I'm not a makeup artist and all I know about makeup I learned from YouTube and the internet, really, but I did my very best! XD Of course, my first makeup tutorial has to be my #1 favorite Japanese girl and Hamburger Princess Seto Ayumi. If you aren't familiar with Ayumi, she's a model for Zipper Magazine, SPINNS, and a regular on Harajuku Kawaii TV. She's pretty popular in Japan, on Tumblr and IG because, well, just look at her! XD

Aww, can't we just switch faces like John Travolta and Nicolas Cage did in the movie Face Off? Wahaha ;___;
The rest of the tutorial is after the jump! :)

This is the final look. Sorry if it's blurry, it's a screencap from the video and it wasn't focused at that time XD

If you want to see how I achieved it, here is the tutorial:

Products Used:

ZA True White Liquid Foundation OC10
ZA Concealer Perfection #2
Majolica Majorca Jewelling Eyes Palette GD886
The Face Shop Face It Extreme Cell Recovery Eyeliner
Sasatinnie Super Dolly Mascara
Magic Magic Lashes (bought in HK)
Majolica Majorca Perfect Automatic Liner BK999
Canmake Eyebrow Liquid #01
Majolica Majorca Brow and Lash Colorist BR333
Canmake Cream Cheek Blush #09 Pinky Rose
The Face Shop Illuminating Cushion Blusher #01 Pink
Etude House Dear Darling Lip & Cheek Tint
Beyond λΉ„μš˜λ“œ Save Us Lipstick #06 Red

There you have it! I hope you enjoyed watching the tutorial as much as I did filming. In real life, the colors were much brighter; the camera just wasn't picking up on them that well. So it ended up looking like a toned down Seto Ayumi makeup tutorial. But no worries, I'm happy with how it turned out! :D So what did you guys think? If you have any comments, suggestions, violent reactions constructive criticism or just anything to say, leave a comment below! :D

  1. your eyemake is good but I think you should put the blusher on the upper of your cheek with pink colour more to make it look obvious .
